When your order will be sent, you will receive an e-mail in which a code (or car number) provided by the courier is indicated: thanks to this, by connecting to the courier’s site, you will be able to erect the status of your shipment. To search for your shipment just follow the instructions in the e-mail you will receive. We remind you that the courier delivers from Monday to Friday in office hours, and can not make appointments. In case of absence at the time of the courier, successive attempts are made. Orders not delivered after a series of attempts will be returned to our warehouse. Some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited and will not be returning in the future.

In order for your experience in the Materiaprima e-shop to be perfect, we offer you the opportunity to return the garment you bought, in case you do not fully satisfy.

1. Contact us at the e-mail address: info@materiaprimabergamo.it no later than 15 days from the date you received the delivery.

2. Make sure that the garment you wish to return is in the same condition as it was shipped to you (perfectly clean, all the tags and the label must be attached, must not have been worn except for the test).

3. The return shipping costs are entirely at your charge.

– You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your return will be accepted. At this point the purchase will be refunded in full, excluding shipping costs (if they were present). The refund will be visible on your Paypal account within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail.

– We remind you that we can only reimburse the returned items correctly.

If your return does not perfectly meet all the conditions mentioned above, or if it is communicated more than 15 days from the delivery date, we will not be able to reimburse: in this case the package will be sent back to you.

We accept returns on all full-price orders within 7 days of delivery date. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Materiaprima is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Items purchased as “ON SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
